There were more people arrested than 11 over the weekend. I don't know if that number included Thursday since the Fall Ride kicks off then and several were arrested throughout the evening/night.

It was very frustrating to learn Delp received one year jail with Huber, which will be time served shortly. A jury of Delp's peers convicted him and a Judge sentenced him. Of course the other cases are still pending and he is innocent until proven guilty (that is my disclaimer). This case reminds me...
