Re: Protect Private Property Rights Of Business Owners In WI

Can controlled substance use be considered a right? The government 'controls' the allowed use of tobacco and alcohol. Re: Remember the other 98.7%

Kudos to these folks for having the moxy to call this out. The fortunate thing for these folks, and the others in the community doing good, is that the Leader always does a great job of recognizing and making newsworthy the positive things folks in the community are doing. There should be little nee...

Re: The Vote

I too, am struggling to really get behind any of this batch of candidates. In past elections I have felt much more motivated to get involved with the process, even having done volunteer work on candidates campaigns. This time around I just can't invest my time in candidates that I really do not stro...

In the illustration given...

I have been spending a good dea...

I don't know about buying used cars from this fella you speak of, but something tells me buying the tires and some mixed nuts from him seems like a safe bet.

Re: God help us, it's an election year.

I see what you guys are saying, but I don't necessarily know how much impact they really have on the entire process. The press make a big deal out of the Iowa Caucus and the New Hampshire primary, because there is a feeling that the results may be very 'typical' of the nationwide results since the v...

Re: superbowl

It will be more reasonable to ask this question after the Dallas game. The games between now and then will be a much better metric then the last four have been.

Re: snow prediction this year?

I live about 70 miles south of the twin cities. I hear a great deal of Minneapolis/St. Paul radio. KSTP weatherman Dave Dahl predicts that the Upper Midwest will experience 68-75 inches of snow this season.
