Re: Paul Ryan's Fallacies

And the list grows. A few days back he was caught lying about his marathon run times. And now despite his alledged opposition to Obamacare:

Re: Obamacare

When former Governor Tommy Thompson promoted mandated health insurance he used the analogy of Car Insurance. One could use Flood Insurance. If you build in a Flood Plain it is mandated so to minimize the beating to the taxpayer. We all use health care at some point. The Republicans don't have a plan...

Tom Tiffany's role in Mining "response team"

David Storey, lobbyist for Gogebic Taconite, sent e-mails to Rep. Tom Tiffany and Walker policy adviser Eileen Schoenfeldt that discussed forming a "response team" to combat negative PR once the final mining bill was released.

Re: GOP U.S. Senator Johanns intros measure to stop EPA flyo

Drone aerial surveillance over US agriculture. Sounds very creepy to me. "to monitor animal feedlots that may be polluting water."...sounds lame....there's got to be another way!!! Can't hi-res satellite provide the same info? How about the EPA guy doing spot checks? Just another example ...

GOP U.S. Senator Johanns intros measure to stop EPA flyovers

Apparently operating on the theory that if the public doesn't know that pollution is out there, it won't hurt them. * * * OMAHA, Neb. - U.S. Sen. Walkergate

Governor Walker and his team of lawyers will probably go in for "voluntary" questioning this week, that is, if he can take time off from all that campaing fundraising out of state. Sounds more Nixonesque all the time. From story at: http://www.prwatch.org/news/2012/01/11264/secret-email-sy...
