It helps to have a perspective in life, to live in different regions of the country, and to be able to recognize what is important in life to be able to discuss this question. Small communities, particularly in the northern regions, may be challenging to live in due to the cold weather and the fact ...

Re: Analysis of child support

Yak, yak, yak. What is needed is not an evaluation of social services/welfare, but an effective program that prevents people from having babies. 90% of the woemn/couples that are having babies are in no position to have them in the first place!!!

Re: Death of a Legend!

From an old Packers fan: the Bears have a legitimate chance of winning the Super Bowl. Mr. Manning will eat some dirt and feel the pain. The Bears offensive game plan will be more effective than most people believe! The Bears defense will set the tone and the offense will surprise people.

Re: What's behind animal cruelty?

I really appreciate that you took the time to provide some basic information on the subject of animal cruelty. People who abuse animals also, generally, will abuse humans. They are, in short, cowards and should be dealt with accordingly.

Re: Candy Hanke?

Piker: Thank you for responding. I posted a private meassage for you, with some questions, and really appreciate your help. Even though we live in Oregon now, and are avid fall backapckers in the mountains, Northern Wisconsin is still my favorite place to visit in the fall.

Candy Hanke?

Does anyone know what happened to Candy Hanke? She was an old friend of mine in the 1970s and I moved away from the state and live on the west coast now. Someone told me a while back that she may have passed away and I would like to learn the truth.

Thank you much for sharing any information.

Former Tomahawk resident status?

Hi: I lived in Tomahawk in the early 1970s and am curious about whatever happened to Candy Hanke (daughter of Merlin and Jackie). Candace apparently married later and became Candy Leigh? Someone said that she may have passed and I would like to know if this is true and what the circumstances were (t...
