In fact Bush has assured that most will grow up (if they do at all) to become terrorists. When you kill their parents in a bombing raid, don't expect the surviving child to grow up to be an ally.

Everytime I see someone driving a gas guzzling vehicle that they don't need pull into the driveway of their 3,000 square foot home I just cringe at the terrible sacrificing they are going through to make the world a better place.

Apparently if they have someone who is experienced in extracting what they need, they can extract it from the appropriate portion of the brain, but it needs to be done within an hour at the most. This would leave the possiblity of testing road kill to a minimum.
