Wisconsin State Senator Glenn Grothman recently introduced Senate Bill 507, which would formally consider single parenthood a contributing factor to child abuse if passed into law.

Senator Grothman is, in my humble opinion, an ***.
Life is too short for drama & petty things!
So, laugh insanely, love truly and forgive quickly!

Whenever I hear Senator Glenn Grothman speak I thing seriously that there should be some sort of psychological and sanity tests before legislators can be sworn in.

I'm not saying if I agree with this or not, and I didn't vote in your poll. I'll I want to point out is all that you did was post a quote from the Huffington post. It is 1/2 truth, at best. SB507 does not once use the term "single parenthood." All SB507 did was add to the resonsibilities that CANPB does.
This is a summary of that change, taken directly from the Bill itsself: 5. Providing, for use in its statewide projects and for use by organizations that receive grants from the CANPB, educational and public awareness materials and programming that emphasize the role of fathers in the primary prevention of child abuse and neglect.
The idea was to finacially promote keeping fathers as a part of raising a child. People like the Huffinton Post, and other radical groups have spun this out of controll.
You can view the entire bill here, read it before you vote.

The actually bill makes it equally clear that this is about social engineering, not concern for child abuse.
