Descendants of Dr. Julius and Louise (Venn) Krueger:
I am researching my great-uncle and great-aunt Julius and Louise Krueger. Louise was born Oct. 20, 1882 in Ontario to Charles and Eliza Venn. I believe Julius was born in Tomahawk, Wis., to Ferninand Krueger and Mille Lueck. Julius and Louise were married May 8, 1906, in Wisconsin and lived in Tomahawk, Lincoln County, Wisconsin, for many years. Their three children, born there, were Evelyn, Virginia and Robert J. Krueger. Julius died in 1917 and is buried in Greenwood Cemetery in Bradley, Wis.
As of 1920, Louise was working in a ladies wear store. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star and the Women’s Society of Christian Service of the United Methodist Church. She died in Tomahawk July 5, 1969, and is buried in Greenwood Cemetery in Bradley, Wis. At the time of her death, her daughter, Virginia, was married to R. J. Henderson and her daughter, Evelyn, was married to Mr. Howard Sandsmann.
Louise had several brothers and sisters; my grandfather Alexander Eugene Venn, Robert, Alfred, Leo, Edwin, Caroline and Emma.
If there are any relatives of Julius and Louise Krueger who would be interested in contacting me, I would be happy to share the family history that I have, and hopefully, obtain some history of their lives in Wisconsin.
