5 Year old calls 911 while his mother dies, and is ignored..

I realize that a good number of 911 calls are "pranks" (25% is the figure given), and dispatchers are given the task of sorting them out... but I just heard the audio of this child's 911 calls and it sickens me to hear the way he was treated.
