Actually I am glad Boos was caught...

Postby formerlyfromthawk » Thu Sep 30, 2004 9:40 am

Sometimes people do things that they are not punished for. And I remember one occassion when Charles Boos tried to pass something off onto me. So this time I am so glad that he will pay for the sins he caused. Just because someone is misstreating another doesn't give anyone justice to kill that person. So I am happy that Charles Boos will be sitting in jail for some time!

Regardless of any of the suspects' pasts, if Waas was being abused she should have gone to the police herself. Nobody deserves to be "choked (the cause of death), punched, pushed into a fire pit, burned with cigarettes and shot with a pellet gun." how horrible for the family having such grisley details publicized. personally i think the perpetrators should suffer the same punishment. regardless of who did what, anybody that stands by and lets that happen to somebody without stepping in deserves the same treatment.

so that gives her the right to gather a group of people, lure him into the woods, and torture/kill him? im not going to pretend to know the situation she was in, but it seems to me there would have to be some other alternative then the one they took.

No, it does not give anyone the right to hurt another, but he did not have the right to hurt her either. At least now he will not physically hurt any one else. I am sure his family is hurting and the families of the people involved in the death are hurting also. Instead of paying for one person in prison now we have 5 to pay for. Maybe she did not gather them, maybe they gathered themselves. Could someone convince you to do that? No one but I can convince me to do anything I don't want to do. I and anyone else is responseable for their own actions.
