It was Colmes who blasted the media for their one sided and inaccurate reporting of what was happening during the first days of the Iraq war. He also called for and practiced a self-imposed moratorium on second-guessing the president with speculation and innuendo while American troops were in the heat of battle.
Now he makes these comments about Rush and his personal problems:
“I'm a big fan of Rush's, not a political agreer of his, but
someone who realizes what he's meant to our industry. I feel for
him and his family. I want to see him get over this.”
“And you know there are going to be those people, of
course, because he has been controversial, who are going to use
this against him. I think that would be a shame.”
This is a partial transcript from Hannity & Colmes, October 10, 2003, that has been edited for clarity.

I wonder if Clarke and other liberals we be calling for Colmes to resign from the I Hate Rush Club?

Incidentally, the editing that is mentioned above was done by Fox, not me.
