The Da Vinci Code, By Dan Brown
I guess that’s what happens when you are to cheap to pay for hardback books like I am.
I am about 2/3 of the way through The Da Vinci Code and was quit shocked that there wasn’t much of an uproar about some of the traditional Christian thinking that was challenged in this work of fiction that spent over thirty weeks on the Best Sellers list.
Then I started doing a bit of research and found out there was enough of an issue made of it that there was a prime time network special on it. http://www.christianitytoday.com/history/newsletter/2003/nov7.html
For those that, like me, are behind in their reading, you might find the concept that Jesus was Married With Children fascinating. And you may want to check out the Last Supper by Da Vinci, that person slitting on his right (your left as you look at it) sure looks like a gal to me!! http://www.artchive.com/artchive/L/leonardo/lastsupp.jpg.html
