I see you`re offering a deal on mail subsciptions of The Tomahawk Leader.

" Get a year of the paper delivered to addresses in Lincoln, Oneida and Price counties for $27 "
Why is it only in Lincoln,Oneida, and Price counties?

Wouldn`t the postage be the same to anywhere in the country?

The postage is cheaper for us to go out of those counties due to complexities in our subscription counts, the location of our primary shipping point (Tomahawk Post Office), etc. Also, many of the people in those three counties might already receive the Leader Extra which doesn't have to be mailed separately to subscribers (also reducing our postage costs). Our costs increase substantially for subscribers outside those three counties, which is passed on to the subscribers.
