Hmm.... The Pow Wow Queen was still smiling when I saw her at the Thrilla, so I think its safe to say she can take a good ribbing and not be too offended.
Happy Snapper rightfully won this year's contest and PCA took home the People's Choice. But Billy Bob's ribs had me chewing on my fingers. I guess it just goes to show we all have our own preferences.
Great event, great ribs and a bunch of money was raised for the community. Now that's something I can wash down with a beer and feel good about.

Jed...."take a good ribbing"!
Exactly what did you mean by that?
No, no, don't tell me, I got it now...ribs, ribbing, Grilla, etc...it almost slipped by me!
I say....Power to the Pow Wow Queen !!! She has my vote everytime!!
I love those grill names...Happy Snapper and Billy Bob's. Sounds more like Arkansas than Wisconsin. But one day I hope to make it back to enjoy their menus.
And by the way...how can anyone stay on topic with the subject line "Thrilla on the Grilla" ??? It BEGS for straying !!!
