Really, the protests in FEBRUARY caused an issue for the farmers market? I'd love to know how that affected them...
I'm in managers training at the UW. As far as I know, there never has been any formal dress code for working at the UW. It is NOT in the classified staff work rules. Each individual department is allowed to make their own rules and in certain cases there could be safety issues with some types of clothing etc.
No jobs in Madison? Dane county has one of the highest employment rates in the state.
Here's a suggestion... Rather than just post random blather, try actually finding some facts to back up your statements. I'd love to see statistics that show Madison is just as dangerous as any other city considering just yesterday it was ranked as the 4th safest city to live in!
