Moving Back

Postby NurseNell » Tue Mar 20, 2012 5:22 pm

I am moving back to Tomahawk in May. I love the Twin Cities but it's too expensive for my social security income. I have grandchildren in both places.

I'll be looking for a book club to join. If anyone knows of one let me know.

I'm looking forward to being involved with the swim club. I will probably look into volunteer opportunities at the library. I'll be joining St. Mary's Church.

And I'm hoping to join a bowling league. I'm just a so-so bowler but I love it so if you have a team that needs a new member and you don't need a 200+ average to join let me know. The bowling alley is smoke free, right? If there's smoking allowed that would be a deal breaker for me.

See you soon!

By law all Wisconsin businesses are smoke free now. If they allow smoking, it's illegal.

Welcome home!

Thanks Kerry, I thought that was the law but I wasn't sure. Maybe I'll even be able to enjoy a meal at the Silver Birch without my eyes and bronchi swelling shut.

Actually, welcome home would be if I were returning to New Jersey :-) But welcome back is good. I'm looking forward to the return.

Good for you, Nell. Have to say I'm a bit jealous. Wish that was in my near future.
