It was fun to see all those old names on those. :D

I stayed at Knapinski`s when I was a kid. I wish it would have stayed as a resort. I would definetly have went back !

Whatever happened to all those old names that posted back then?? :?

The owner of Red Arrow Lodge in the 1950's is listed below - I found this on an ebay listing.

My grandpa is the man who bought red arrow lodge and built the cabins! I was raised on that land!

Tie to Tomahawk: Worked there

Well, pinjmw, you and I worked together then during the summer of 1970.

I was a dishwasher and roomed with a guy named Vern in a cabin near the stable. After about a month, Duane moved me to the cabin next to the fish house. Too close to the girls cabins I guess.

Duane was a very nice guy, but I saw Ruthie maybe twice that whole summer. She rarely left her quarters, and we had all sorts of wild theories about her reclusiveness.

It was a fun place to work. We were allowed to join in on every activity for the guests as I remember. I recall that Duane had a lot of fun trying to kill us on that tobaggan he towed behind his boat.
