School Logo
School Logo
Well it seems the word is in. The ongoing controversy over Indian School Logos has been furthered, and we will be known as the Tomahawk "Swords". ....."Go, Tomahawk Swords"
Re: School Logo
"Go, Swashbucklers" ? ...."Go, Swordfish" ?

Re: School Logo
Don't even get me going. Any one with a dictionary would know that a hatchet is a cutting implement, which just happened to be used by the native Americans. Hatchet is actually French in origin. How stupid!!!

DUH, paint a big "G" on my forehead. Good one Catfish! My husband fell for Moss in green and gold. Actually, when I read the post I wasn't even thinking that it was April 1st.

Re: School Logo
Hey Catfish...I hate you because I fell for your Swords 'joke' hook line and sinker. I was all set to respond to it when I saw Logic1's reply. Thank God he sent his before I sent mine...or would have been the perfect April Fools joke...maybe I still am...sure, why not.
But thank you for the humor and levity it provided after these past couple of weeks dealing with the seriousness of the Flag issue...which we still need to work through.
