Something very weird is going on. I have not been able to access the board for 2 days and now I had to reregister so I'm back to starting all over.<P>Nell

I just found my posts that are now attributed to Old Scout. Wow, very strange. I am an old Girl Scout, circa 1951-1956, but how did the board know that?!! :o <P>I'm sure Kerry will have some reasonable explanation. Then again, when in doubt, it was a glitch, no other explanation.<P>Nell

Nurse Nell, Your post this morning to the "name" discussion was ended with your signature regarding smoking. However your post to this discussion was not?!? A few days ago I made an inquiry directly to Kerry regarding some quirks and he advised me to always access the message board through the icon on the front page. I've learned from my daughter, when it comes to computers, just do it, don't try and figure out why (unless it is your passion!)

I didn't know I had been so busy posting messages the last two days. I lost the message board for two days and when I got it back I found I'd had a sex change operation. Ouch ! :eek:

OK, I started working on the problem last night which is why you are seeing some of the strange glitches but have a board to look at.<P>I don’t know how but many of the profile files became corrupted and were unusable. The Message Board requires these files to track all your information and to display your names, post counts, etc.<P>If you have a problem, please don’t reregister. Contact me by e-mail and let me know an exact message you posted in the past, what your screen name was, and your listed e-mail. A password should be generated and sent back to your listed e-mail address. For those that have reregistered please contact me with the same info so I can try to straighten this out. Please don’t post under the new profile.<P>Sorry,<P>Kerry
