I guess the bears have to have something that they can brag about. They don't have anything else. :P

What do you call 52 unhappy millionairs watching the super bowl on TV?

The chicago bears !
The National Institutes of Health has just released the results of a $200 million research study completed under a grant to Johns Hopkins.
The new study has found that women who carry a little extra weight live longer than the men who mention it.

Terry,
I'm not a huge fan of having to page right to see a whole post. I am on line to read the posts, not see the various options available to me on the left margin. I know where I want to go.

As for the Bears, they won. They weren't intimidated by the weather. The Pack choked big time. The sad thing is that in the past the weather encountered at Soldier Field was considered "Packer Weather". The Packers have become a pass first team that may need better weather. However I have no explanation for a Canadian punter sucking so much!
What if there were no hypothetical questions?

Kerry, Scout & Medic (OK maybe Brian too),
It will be some time this summer. We're waiting to find out our son's schedule.

Another Friendly Packer Fan:

Father arrested for forcing son to wear Green Bay Packers jersey
The Associated Press
4:08 PM CST, January 16, 2008
PORTAGE, Wis. - Upset that his 7-year-old son wouldn't wear a Green Bay Packers jersey during the team's playoff victory Saturday, a man restrained the boy for an hour with tape and taped the jersey onto him.

Mathew Kowald was cited for disorderly conduct in connection with the incident with his son at their home in Pardeeville, Lt. Wayne Smith of the Columbia County Sheriff's Department said. Pardeeville is about 30 miles north of Madison.

The 36-year-old Kowald was arrested Monday after his wife told authorities about the incident. Kowald was taken to the county jail and held until Wednesday, when he pleaded no contest, paid a fine of $186 and was released.
The boy refused to wear the jersey Saturday, when the Packers beat the Seattle Seahawks in a playoff game, Smith said. Smith said the incident sounded strange when reported at first, but the mother took pictures with her cell phone and that type of evidence is difficult to dispute.

What's your point Mullin?? Every state has multiple candidates for the Jerry Springer show. This is only one peckerhead of many throughout our nation.

For those of you heading to THE game, stay warm! Advice from a season ticket holder & a vet of many cold weather games: Tape about three plys of a cardboard box together to act as an insulator between your feet & the concrete. I've got LaCrosse Ice Breaker boots that are rated for below zero comfort level, but still got cold the one game I forgot my cardboard "welcome mat".
