What is the deal with this Farve guy? Seems he might have got hit so hard in a sack that his mind is unfortunately delirious.
First he wants to retire from the Packers. Then, after much ado, he wants back. Packers say, sorry we've moved on. Brett then gets picked up by the Jets. He plays one season and decides he wants to retire. (where did we hear that before?)
Now, I'm unclear as to what I thought I heard on the news. Did they say he might want to retire from the Jets to move on to the Vikings? Whats going on?

well I guess I will bite - Brett Favre seemed to feel that football could not do without him so he decided to play for the Jets when they picked him up after he made a mockery of Green Bay - he basically stunk up NY - he was Mr Untouchable in the locker room & stayed mostly in the office that was set aside for him - did not converse with the team. They basically did not want him to return anyway. So - let him retire like he should have in the first place - he pretty much tarnished his image, that is too bad. You will always have your Favre faithful but I for one have lost that feeling. He handled the whole situation in the worst manner imaginable. Thanks for the memories .

Go to www.cnnsi.com & read the Banks article entitled "Was it worth it?" The article certainly echoes my feelings on the situation.

I saw on the news tonight that the packers are looking at bringing MarkTauscher back to try and beef up the O-line. Even if he hasn't played for a while he does have the experience and it should be an improvement.

Of course after Mon. night, anything would be an improvement ! !

From reports around Madison Tauscher is not in the greatest shape.
