What are the best resorts in area these days? The ones were folks are staying for a few weeks at a time.
I read some of the resort web pages and they kind of scare me. One leads off with the statement "All rental units have indoor plumbing with hot and cold running water".
Are there still resorts there that do not have indoor plumbing? Or even hot and cold water?
Anyone want to recommend their favorite place, maybe the one they would stay at if they were visiting for a week or two?
Best ressorts in the area.

Zipp Inn 1 & 2 on Lake Alice. Excellent owners & cottages.
These were private homes before turned into rental properties.

Zipp Inn 1 is a ranch style.
Zipp Inn 2 is a bi level with pool table, 2 baths, wrap-around deck.
Of the two, we like #1 better. But the fishing was better off of the dock on Zipp 2.

Hey Floyd, get the cottage with the pool table and I'll kick your but. I'm living a mile from Lake Alice...

Hey Trapper Dave!
Then you must have learned how to play pool in the last 40 years!
Is that why you moved back to Tomahawk, missed the trapping?? Do they even allow that kind of trapping anymore?
