I was told they will be going on break April 22 and plan on pushing alot of bills through about gun rights.(Not in our favor)

The 2009-2010 Legislative Session is coming to a close on April 22 and then legislators will return to their districts to campaign for re-election.

Over the next couple of weeks, I am greatly concerned there will be a "rush to the finish line" in passing bills targeting our 2nd Amendment rights, so please check your emails regularly for updates on action that may be needed.

Please see the hearing notice below. If you can attend this public hearing, please do because the Milwaukee-area anti-gun groups will likely be there, and encourage others to attend as well. Bring along 12 copies of your written testimony for committee members. It's important the public record contains a strong showing of public opposition to Assembly Bill 914.

If you live in or near the Madison area, feel free to stop in during your lunch break and sign a registration slip. Our 2nd Amendment is needed now more than ever.
