Wisconsin grew by 9.65% in population from 1990-2000 and the WI Dept. of Administration and new Census info don't predict much different growth numbers from 2000-2010 with about 30-40k per year. Some states have lower personal and corporate taxes but lower standard of living or in some cases higher cost of living or in the worst cases, both.
