FOR THE SECOND YEAR IN A ROW, Steve Shrigley, center, Tomahawk, corporate business manager (CBM) at John Deere Construction & Forestry Division, Moline, Ill., was chosen as the 2012 CBM of the Year at a special ceremony held in Chicago in December. The award is presented by John Deere Construction & Forestrys Corporate Business Division (CBD) to one CBM each year who is deemed to have shown outstanding leadership and professionalism in the growth of his or her corporate business accounts. In presenting the prestigious award, Roger Mohr, right, director, Corporate Business Division, said, This years CBM of the Year truly exemplifies leadership by his exceptional management of his portfolio of accounts. Larry OBrien, left, general sales manager, Corporate Business Division, said of Shrigley, Its a great honor for Steve to achieve this award two consecutive years. He truly puts his customers fi rst above all else. Its this professionalism and dedication to our business that has created a competitive spirit amongst the entire team making all of us better. We are very fortunate to have someone of Steves talents. Shrigley is based out of Tomahawk, where he resides with his wife and daughters.
