EAGLE SCOUT PROJECT TO BENEFIT BELL NATURE TRAIL: Tomahawk High School senior and lifelong Boy Scout Jake Fondie, pictured left, has been working with Bill Sparr since the end of summer and through fall with trail maintenance of the Allan Bell Memorial Nature Trail. Currently working towards his Eagle Scout Award, the highest honor bestowed by the Boy Scouts of America, Fondie plans to build a Aldo Leopold Bench, similar to those found along the Ice Age Trail, and install it along the Bell Memorial Trail, which is located on school property and can be accessed by the public at the high school parking lot.
