SEX OFFENDER: The Oneida County Sheriffs Office indicates that sex offender Mark Kramer Sr., 71, will be released from prison today (Dec. 5) and then living at 4120 Flannery Lake Rd., Rhinelander, and placed on supervision administered by the Wisconsin Department of Corrections. He was convicted of Second Degree Sexual Assault of a Child in St. Croix County in July 2007, as well as Fourth Degree Sexual Assault in 1980, Lewd and Lascivious Behavior in 1976 and Indecent Exposure in 1971. In 2006, Kramer sexually assaulted a 10-year-old female relative. The sexual assault in 1980 involved a child at a school where Kramer had been working. Upon release, Kramer will be placed on the Intensive Supervision Program. He will be required to register with the Wisconsin Sex Offender Registry Program for life.
