MISSING PERSON: The Lincoln County Sheriffs Office Friday afternoon issued a press release asking for the publics help in finding a missing juvenile from the Merrill area. Mariah J. Schaaf, 15, disappeared from a residence near Merrill. The incident is likely a juvenile runaway and there is no danger to the public, it was noted. Information had been received that she could be in the Medford area. Deputies expressed concern for her welfare and asked if anyone has information to contact the Lincoln County Sheriffs Office 715-536- 6272. Callers also may contact th Taylor County Sheriffs Office at 715-748-2200 if they have information pertinent to that jurisdiction.
