BIG BEAR OPEN: Big Bear Miniature Golf was joined by members of the Tomahawk Lions Club, Tomahawk Main Street and the Tomahawk Emergency Food Pantry at the first ever Big Bear Miniature Golf Open held Saturday of the Labor Day weekend. Big Bear donated course time to help raise money for the three Tomahawk non-profit organizations, and a number of businesses pitched in for hole prizes that were awarded during the afternoon of fun, food and entertainment. -We couldnt thank the community enough for helping us put this together,- said Kris Berg with Big Bear. -The businesses really contributed and we look forward to supporting another non-profit next year.- The Big Bear Open also served as a collection site for the Heritage Chevrolet Fill the Truck, Fill the Need food drive. Those who brought donations were also entered into raffl es to win additional prizes.
