Robert H. Morris

Robert H. Morris, age 81, of Tomahawk, passed away on July 29, 2019 at Riverview Health Services under the care of Ministry Hospice.

Bob was born on November 3, 1937 in Waukesha to Harold and Ruth (Cook) Morris. Bob was a member of the Army Reserves for 22 years. He was married to Laurel “Laurie” Worby on August 16, 1972. Bob was a heavy equipment operator for 57 years with Wolf Construction in Dousman. In 1989 Bob and Laurie retired to Tomahawk. Bob enjoyed gardening, camping and watching Wisconsin sports, especially the Packers. He also loved NASCAR and playing sheepshead with family and friends.

Bob is survived by his wife – Laurie of Tomahawk, children –Cheryl (Dave Bethel) Morris of Tomahawk, Christopher Morris of Minneapolis, Ron (Char Brandt) Kraus of West Bend, Karen Holz of Ixonia and Kristine (Duaine) Wagner of Waukesha. Bob is further survived by 5 grandchildren – Rachael, Alex, Cassidy, Katie and Kelsie. He is preceded in death by his parents and two daughters – Nancy and Vicki.

The Funeral Service for Robert “Bob” Morris took place at 10:30AM on Saturday, August 3, 2019 at Redeemer Ev. Lutheran Church, Tomahawk. Pastor Mark Gass officiated. Visitation took place at the church from 9:00AM until the time of service at 10:30AM. Burial with Military Honors took place at Greenwood Cemetery.
