Anthony ‘Tony’ Hofmann

Anthony “Tony” Hofmann, 58, Tomahawk, died Saturday, July 27, 2019, at Riverview Health Services in Tomahawk. Tony was born Aug. 30, 1960, in Milwaukee, to the late Anthony and Elaine (Rhymer) Hofmann.

Tony grew up in Milwaukee and later served his country in the United States Marine Corps. He worked for many years as a home health aide in Milwaukee. Tony moved to the Tomahawk area in 2003. He was an avid Packers and Brewers fan. He loved watching old John Wayne movies. Tony cherished time spent with his son, Ethan, and dearly loved his son, Matthew.

Survivors include his lifelong companion, Kim Ulatowski, Tomahawk; sons, Matthew Hofmann, Missouri, and Ethan Hofmann, Tomahawk; brother, Allen (Kathy) Rhymer, Wisconsin Rapids; three sisters, Georgiana (Luis) Aguilar, Wind Lake, WI; Christina Ringwell, Missouri; and Evalina Hofmann, Milwaukee; three stepdaughters, Hanna Anderson, Tomahawk; Ashly Anderson, Sheboygan; and Brittany Anderson, Tomahawk; and grandchildren, Ciana, Connor, Ali, and JR.

He is further survived by his nieces and nephews.

Tony was preceded in death by his parents; and sister, Rita.

Memorial Services were held Friday, Aug. 30, 2019, at 1 p.m. at Generations Funeral Home, Tomahawk. The family received friends for Visitation from 11 a.m. until the time of Services at 1 p.m. Generations Funeral Home & Crematory assisted.
