Beulah “Boots” F. Wilcox, age 93, of Tomahawk, passed away on Sunday, March 29, 2020, at her home under the care of her family and Ministry Home Care Hospice. Boots was born in Townsend, Wis., on July 9, 1926, to the late Clyde and Eva (Cole) DeLong. She was married to Garth Wilcox on Dec. 20, 1946; he passed away in 1991.

Boots graduated from high school and moved to Tomahawk, where she spent over 70 years of her life. She was a dedicated wife, mother to her two special-needs sons, and homemaker. Boots was a faithful member of the Tomahawk United Methodist Church, where she had many friends. She was a talented cook and baker and enjoyed special times spent with her family. Boots had a happy and joyful personality that will be missed by all who knew her.

Survivors include two Brothers, Robert Broman, of Bessemer, Mich., and Ray (Jackie) Broman, of Clearlake, Calif.; two Nieces, Mary (George) Tormoen, of Camp Douglas, Wis., and Jill (Leroy) Johnson, of Ironwood, Mich. Boots is further survived by her Niece-in-Law and Caregiver, Joan Brown, of Beloit, Wis.

She was preceded in death by her Parents, Clyde and Eva; her Husband, Garth; and her two Sons, Larry and Tom.

Memorial Services for Beulah “Boots” Wilcox will be held at the United Methodist Church at a future date to be determined. Generations Funeral Home & Crematory of Tomahawk is assisting the family. Family and friends are encouraged to leave online condolences at generationsfuneral.com.
