Eric J. Lane, 46, formerly of Harshaw, passed away unexpectedly of an aneurysm Saturday, April 25, 2020 at his home in Arbor Vitae.

Eric was born Nov. 3, 1973 in Tomahawk to John and Jill (Westcott) Lane. He had attended Rhinelander Schools and was formerly married to Keri Larsen. Eric was a graduate of the Nicolet College Automotive program and was employed as a master Harley Mechanic at Northwoods Harley Davidson in Arbor Vitae. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, cooking, and grilling. He was an avid bike rider and had done some racing. He was also an avid Packer and Brewer fan.

Surviving Eric Lane is his daughter, Abbee Lane; parents, John and Jill Lane; and a brother, Jeremy (Melissa) Lane, all of Rhinelander. Eric is further survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and his K9 buddy, Levi.

A private family committal service will be held this week at Union Grove Cemetery in Harshaw. When COVID restrictions are lifted, a Celebration of Life will be held and announced at that time.
