Reimert

According to a criminal complaint filed with the Lincoln County District Attorney’s Office, in June of this year, Douglas R. Reimert, 47, reportedly sent sexually explicit images of himself to a 17-year-old and two 15-year-old individuals via social media. When interviewed by Tomahawk Police investigators, Reimert reportedly referred to all three parties by name and admitted to being acquainted with them.

Reimert also reportedly admitted to sending an explicit image to a fourth individual, also 15-years of age. He then requested a photo of that individual’s “top.” According to the criminal complaint, Tomahawk Police have yet to locate or identify that individual.

Reimert appeared in Lincoln County Circuit Court on Wednesday, Sept. 16, facing six felony counts of exposing a child to harmful material. As a result of his initial appearance, a Lincoln County judge set a $10,000 cash bond for Reimert. Reimert was also ordered to not have any contact with any minor female or female under the age of 18 and to have no contact with any of the victims or victims’ families. Reimert is due back in court on Tuesday, Sept. 29.
