North 4th Strength Gym, 1509 N. 4th St., Tomahawk, recently held a fundraising event, “Be Fast Be Furious,” where nine teams came together for a friendly competition. The teams did kettlebell swings and goblet squats, deadlifts, rowed and pulled tires with the hopes to win the pot of money for their named local non-profit organization. Many local non-profits were named, but Team Two Dads and a Mom took the win for the Ties That Bind Us non-profit organization, local a cancer support program. Pictured, from left to right, are Julie Winger, Carla Gertsenberger, Nick Nelmark, Kate Totch, Blair Otterholt, Lori Rogney, and Joan Litwitz. Photos submitted by Joan Hanke.
