TOMAHAWK – The School District of Tomahawk’s in-person parent-teacher conferences scheduled for Nov. 12 and Nov. 17 have been cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic, District Administrator Terry Reynolds said on Wednesday, Oct. 28.

“Conferences instead will be scheduled individually with families at a time of day that is accessible to both the parents and teacher,” Reynolds stated. “Individual conferences can be scheduled to be held virtually or by phone.”

Reynolds said high school and middle school conferences will be scheduled between Monday, Nov. 9 and Friday, Nov. 13. Elementary school conferences will be scheduled between Monday, Nov. 30 and Friday, Dec. 14.

“Families requesting to conference with a teacher may contact the teacher(s) by phone or email to schedule a date and time for the conference,” Reynolds stated. “Teacher contact information can be found on the District website under Staff Directory. If possible, please contact High/Middle School teachers prior to Nov. 9 to schedule your conference. If you have any further questions, please contact the individual building principal.”
