Sharon M. Kahn, age 81, of Tomahawk, passed away on Saturday, Nov. 7, 2020, at Ascension Sacred Heart Hospital. Sharon was born in Illinois to the late Gordon and Mae (Lescher) Sackett on Aug. 10, 1939. She was married to George Kahn in 1980; he survives.

Sharon attended high school in the Milwaukee area and entered the workforce after graduation. She later moved to Tomahawk, where she worked for many years at Packaging Corporation of America. She and George were well-known for owning and operating Kahn’s Bar. Sharon was the familiar, friendly face behind the bar who loved visiting with everyone who walked in. She enjoyed gardening, hunting with George, and being outdoors.

She is survived by her husband of over 40 years, George Kahn, of Tomahawk. Sharon is further survived by many friends in the Tomahawk area that she was proud to call family.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Gordon and May.
