Cecilia Antoinette DuPlayee-Sann, age 87, of Tomahawk, passed away on Jan. 9, 2021 at Riverview Nursing Home.

Cecilia “Bubbles” DuPlayee was born on June 10, 1933 in Tomahawk to LaJoyce and Helen (Surdick) DuPlayee. She was married to Emery Sann on July 25, 1953 in Wausau. Bubbles was born and raised in Tomahawk but lived in the Two Rivers area for over 40 years. She worked as a telephone operator and was also a CNA. In 1996, Cecelia moved back to Tomahawk. She is a member of St. Mary Catholic Church.

Cecilia is survived by many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, brothers – Harmon DuPlayee, Bill DuPlayee, Kenny DuPlayee, Jack DuPlayee; and sister – Marjorie Crass.

In accordance with Cecilia’s wishes, there will be no formal service held.
