Free well water testing kits available to immunocompromised individuals, low-income households

LINCOLN COUNTY – The Lincoln County Health Department (LCHD) is continuing to offer free well water testing kits to Lincoln County well owners who have weakened immune systems or who meet income criteria.

An eligibility survey can be found by visiting www.bit.ly/3zbagjl or by calling LCHD at 715-536-0307.

The program is available while supplies last and is not intended for businesses or those that are on city water.

Those who do not qualify for the program but are interested in testing well water for bacteria and nitrate can contact LCHD for more information.
