Kinship seeking recipes for cookbook

TOMAHAWK – Tomahawk’s youth mentorship program is asking the community to submit recipes as part of a fundraising initiative.

A cookbook from Kinship of Tomahawk is in the works, and the organization is seeking recipes for appetizers, beverages, main dishes, breads, rolls, soups, salads, vegetables, sides, cookies, candy, dessert and more.

Recipes may be submitted to Kinship of Tomahawk Executive Director Patti Hilgendorf at executivedirector@kinshiptomahawk.org through Monday, July 6.

Kinship noted that in the event that several similar recipes are contributed, not all will be used in the cookbook.

“Please support this delicious fundraiser,” Kinship said. “Remember, the secret ingredient is ‘love.’”
