RHINELANDER – This summer, future and continuing Nicolet College students can get support during extended evening hours to take their next step in their educational journey.
Nicolet College in Rhinelander will host "Nicolet College @ Night," a special series of events for future and continuing students to visit the campus in the evening.
Each event will take place from 4:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. on the second floor of the Red Oak Center at Nicolet College on Monday, June 16; Thursday, June 26; Wednesday, July 16; Monday, July 21; Thursday, Aug. 7; and Tuesday, Aug. 12.
"Many of our future and continuing students are full-time workers, parents and busy people who need support when it’s convenient for them," said Katie Ourada, Admissions Manager. "We’ve designed these evening events to give students the flexibility they need to take their next step."
A release from Nicolet said that during these extended hours, future and continuing students will have the opportunity to meet with college staff to discuss the wide range of academic programs, classes and services Nicolet College offers. Students can also learn about registration, financial aid and personalized success coaching.
“As a bonus, the application fee will be waived for all attendees, making it free to apply to the college during these events,” Nicolet stated.
Attendees can also enter a drawing to win a $250.00 scholarship, courtesy of the Nicolet College Foundation.
Drop-ins are welcome. Participants are encouraged to RSVP for the event by calling the Nicolet College Welcome Center at 715-365-4493.
The fall term begins Monday, Aug. 25.
